When you send a commission inquiry, the site may collect:

  • Your email address.

Alfredo Paints uses this information to evaluate site performance and improve the visitor experience, not to sell personal information or build third-party advertising profiles.

Information is used only as reasonably needed to:

  • Discuss project fit, scope, timing, references, and next steps.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a business transition. Service providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or complete a project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Copies may exist temporarily in Formspree, email, backups, or security logs according to those services’ settings and retention practices.

Reasonable steps are taken to limit access and protect information. The site uses HTTPS for information sent between your browser and the services supporting the site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to include in a message.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Alfredo Paints, or withdraw from requested email updates. Send the request to alfredog81@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or business-record purposes.
